Women's Fitness Specialization Program
The primary goal of this program is to maximize overall muscle development, decrease body fat, and improve body shape in women for a happier, healthier and sexier appearance.
We'll focus on glute, shoulder, and arm hypertrophy (muscle size increase), as well as fat reduction in the abdominal, triceps, back and upper legs.
The secondary goal of this program is to increase overall cardiovascular endurance and strength on fundamental compound movements that involve large muscle masses.
